Free shipping is available for most orders that are over $149 AND less than 40 pounds.. Some orders that are over $99 AND over 40 lbs may qualify for discounted shipping. Not all products are eligible for free shipping due to various reasons, including items that are drop shipped, some special order products and products from select manufacturers. Liquid and hazmat materials are subject to extra charges. Other charges will apply for expedited shipping, bulk/oversized items, shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, the US Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico and International shipping.

Most orders received by 1pm EST will be shipped the same day, while orders received after 1pm EST will ship the next business day. All orders received on Friday after 1pm EST will be shipped the following Monday.

Overnight shipping has to be processed before 10:30 am the day before.  Orders placed on a Friday for Overnight shipping will be delivered on Monday.  Some items are special ordered items and will not be able to be sent overnight until the item is ready. Some orders, such as those containing customized items or items that need assembly, require a longer processing time. These orders can take from between 3 to 5 additional days and several weeks to ship, and you will be notified via e-mail after your order is placed.  Estimated shipping times can be found on each product description page. The arrival of your order will vary depending on the product you select and the location of the shipping address.  If in stock, most orders are delivered to you within 4 to 6 business days. Please note that once the order has shipped, MedixSource is not responsible for how long the actual delivery takes.

Please make sure that you provide a correct shipping address or you will incur a $5.00 address correction charge from UPS for ground shipments, or $10 for expedited shipments.

Unfortunately, Medex Supply does not accept Medicare or any other form of health insurance at this time. If needed, we will be happy to provide you with an invoice for insurance reimbursement.
